This notice is ONLY applicable to members who registered with Rpoints.com before the 20th of February 2011

Rpoints Ltd (in liquidation, the "Seller"), which owned this website previously, went into Liquidation in 2010. Our company, V A C Media Limited ("We/Us") purchased certain domains, websites and customer database and the right to continue to provide the services from the Seller on 17th of February 2011. We did not purchase any previous transactions, liabilities or cash balances.

Your personal data (as held by the Seller) have been transferred to Us by the Seller for the continued provision of the cashback and related services.

We have only retained essential information to enable our members to login and use the site (like email address, password to login to our site (in an encrypted format) and username) and we have deleted all members' bank/PayPal details we received from the Seller.

We will process your personal data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 for the sole purpose of continuing to provide the Cashback Service to you.

Please do not hesitate to contact our team through our Online Help Desk if you have any queries or if you wish to have all your data removed from our database. Please note that should you require removal of your personal data, we will be unable to continue to provide you with Cashback or other services and you will not be able to login our website or use it.
